Shipping Options

• Shipping and handling is determined by a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination.
• All available shipping methods and speeds of delivery will be presented to the customer at checkout.
• If your desired shipping method is not presented at checkout is it not currently available based on package destination or items in cart.
• PO Box addresses are not eligible for Next Day or 2 Day shipping methods.
• At this time we can only ship to one address per order.
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Delivery Windows

• Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing prior to shipment window.
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• We cannot guarantee overnight or 2 Day orders placed after 11am (PT) for Next Day and 2 Day deliveries.
• Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• United States Postal Service & Fedex deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping

• Jazzercise cannot be responsible for lost or damaged uninsured packages.
• Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• FedEx International Priority typical delivery time is 1-3 business days with three delivery attempts.
• FedEx International Connect Plus (ICP) typical delivery time is up to 5 business days with one delivery attempt.
