Domestic U.S. Return Policy

Jazzercise wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, simply return the item(s) for an exchange or refund.

  • Returned and exchanged items must be received within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • A credit will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please send your package via insured and prepaid U.S. mail or UPS (for your protection and to guarantee prompt delivery).
  • Jazzercise will reimburse return postage at ground rates on a return or exchange only if the item is defective, damaged, or if your order was not fulfilled correctly by Jazzercise.
  • Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Damaged, defective, or broken items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Refunds or replacements will not be offered after 90 days.
  • All discounted sale section items are final sale.

Returns

  • Send back your return including the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Exchanges

  1. Complete the required information on the back of the invoice.
  2. Indicate the reason for the exchange.
  3. Indicate the "new" item you want in the space provided.
  4. No shipping will be charged for an exchange of like items.
  5. Send back your exchange including the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.

International Return Policy:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges to international customers and are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or Jazzercise did not fulfill your order correctly.
  • Defective items do not include incorrect sizes being purchased or not following care instructions listed on the sizing information tab on the shop.jazzercise.com website.
  • In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
