Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

• Shipping and handling is determined by a number of factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination.
• All available shipping methods and speeds of delivery will be presented to the customer at checkout.
• If your desired shipping method is not presented at checkout, it is not currently available based on package destination or items in cart.
• PO Box addresses are not eligible for Next Day or 2 Day shipping methods.
• We can only ship to one address per order.
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Delivery Windows

• Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment window.
• We cannot guarantee overnight or 2 Day orders placed after 11 AM (PT) for Next Day and 2 Day deliveries.
• Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping

• Jazzercise cannot be responsible for lost or damaged uninsured packages. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

• Orders with a Canadian destination will ship via Post Office only.
