US Return Policy
Jazzercise Apparel will accept returns and exchanges initiated within 30 days of delivery for U.S. customers only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them, unworn and unwashed, or they may be subject to denial of the return.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Items in the Sale category or marked "final sale"
- Business Tools/Jr. Jazzercise or Promotional items.
Damaged, defective, or broken items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds or replacements will not be offered after 30 days.
Returns
To return an item, please go to your profile, then select “orders” and tap “return item”. Complete the steps and send your return request. You’ll receive an email confirming the approval of your return request. Then you’ll receive an email with the return label. Please print the label, affix it to your package, and ship it via your local USPS. A return shipping cost of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Preorders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining payment at a future date. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for pre-orders.
International Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges to international customers and are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or Jazzercise does not fulfill your order correctly.
Defective items do not include incorrect sizes being purchased or not following care instructions listed on the sizing information tab on the shop.jazzercise.com website.
In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
European Union (EU) customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This permits EU customers to return their order within 14 business days of processing delivery for their order.
